What does it cost to use your services?
The prospective employer pays our fee. There is never a fee for job seekers to utilize our services.
How do I apply for a job through BCI?
Select and register your resume and candidacy with us. After registering, you can apply directly for an open position listed in the job section of our website.
Can I work on a temporary basis while looking for permanent job opportunities?
Yes, let us know what type of work you are looking for. When we send you on a temporary assignment, we will continue to search for permanent opportunities for you.
Will I work exclusively with one recruiter?
No, we use a team approach -- you may hear from a different recruiter each time we call or e-mail. We work together to keep you up-to-date on as many opportunities as possible in order to find your ideal position.
Do you submit my resume to employers without permission?
Never. We always obtain verbal or written permission to share your resume with employers where we are sending your resume.
I applied for a job on your site and have not been called back. Why?
If your background is a good fit for the role and you have not heard from us, please follow up with us via a telephone call or another email. However, if your skills do not fit the position, there is a good possibility that we will not be able to reply to your inquiry.
I keep getting emailed jobs that do not fit my background. Why?
While we try to only email you openings that are a fit for your background, it is possible that you will also get additional openings emailed to you that do not fit. This is because we search our database using key words. It is possible that a specific key word may show up on your resume even if you are not a fit.
Can you remove my email address from your system?
Yes, we can take your email address out of our system. However, please keep in mind that if you have a phantom email address or have a resume posted somewhere confidentially, that the process is a little more difficult. If this is an issue, please contact us directly so that we can assist you further.
How can I get on your list to receive emails about job openings?
Please enter your resume into our system so that we can get your information into our database. From there, when new openings become available, we will contact you.
What format should I use to send a resume to you?
Please either send a Microsoft Word Document or enter your information into our system . If you are sending a Microsoft Word Document, please make sure that the document is NOT password protected.
