Description:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing general office support and a variety of client support
and other related tasks including but not limited to:
Greet clients, answer phones, direct callers to appropriate member of the firm,
respond to client emails
Attend client meetings in a technical, supporting, and learning role
Client relationship development, including ongoing and regular client contact
and communications
Client support including data gathering and analysis, development of
recommendations, implementation, and ongoing portfolio management ? within a
financial planning context.
Daily Downloads (Pershing, DST Fan Mail, DB Cams)
Assist advisors and clients in completing application, enrollment and other
forms as needed
Client service, including planning updates, portfolio changes and reviews,
information data gathering, portfolio returns, and new opportunity
identification
Gather data from clients for initial meeting, engagement meeting and ongoing
management meetings. Prepare necessary documentation and agendas one week in
advance of appointments.
Manage the follow-up process including action items, next contact date, follow
up letter, update and maintain CRM.
May buy and sell investments for clients at the advisors discretion
Maintain electronic filing system, clear folders at the COB each day
Administer and coordinate client billing process
Consistently review accounts for compliance requirements
Document and monitor income taxes, estimates, payments
Forward investment checks and enrollment/application forms to necessary broker

Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree in Financial Planning or similar from an accredited college or
university
2 years of relevant service-oriented experience and/or training, or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Self-confidence, personal integrity and an understanding of fiduciary
responsibility
A team player, with strong leadership skills and ability to multi-task and
manage time effectively
Ability to think through issues and problems from the client's perspective and
offer solutions, willing to take responsibility for task completion, and seek
out ways to improve processes
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction
on given assignments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and exceptional interpersonal
communication skills
Sound organizational skills and strong personal computer skills (MS Office
Suite)
Experience with Morningstar, Junxure, NetX Pro, NetX 360 / Pershing or
MoneyGuidePro is a plus.
A series 7 is a plus.
