Description:
Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced, proactive, top performing Customer
Service Representative who will be responsible for providing effective
customer service for all internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by utilizing excellent/in-depth knowledge
of all retails services including trading tool
features/functionality/account management/clearing/corporate level
initiative
Interface with the sales/operations/trade desk/technology to present a
streamlined/positive experience for the customers
Effectively/efficiently communicate with customers via email/live chat/phone
with the intent to exceed customer's expectations
Follow up with customer inquiries/issues/information requests promptly
Provide timely/ accurate information to customers regarding trading tool
functionality/account status requests
Provide timely feedback to the Technology team regarding service
failures/customer concerns
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding corporate issues as
they relate to frontline customer interactions
Partner with various other group departments to meet/exceed customer service
expectations

Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited college/university
2+ years of experience in a similar environment preferred
Must have NASD Series 7 (or Series 42 and Series 62) and Series 63
registrations
Must have trading experience, personal or professional
Work experience in equity options
Customer Service experience with a retail brokerage or other financial
services firm is preferred
Computer proficiency/the ability to quickly learn new software
Experience with CRM software and JIRA is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to address customer issues/questions in a manner that insures
responsive/timely/effective problem resolution/information dissemination
Ability to organize/manage multiple priorities
Strong customer orientation/excellent verbal/written
interpersonal/communication skills
Ability to prioritize/manage time effectively especially during high
call/chat/email volume
High performance/ integrity levels with proven experience as a strong team
player/commitment to company values
