Description:
Summary/Responsibilities:
Retain/expand a book of business
Maintain knowledge of the intricacies of each account as needed to provide
superior service to clients
Monitor changing client investment/financial objectives
Quickly/efficiently resolve problems brought by
principals/beneficiaries/other interested parties
Understand the technology applications for client
service/communications/relationship management
Keep up to date with new products, methods/techniques, key industry
trends/conditions/changes in laws and regulatory policies

Requirements:
Proven background of success in investment management
Minimum 7 years of experience in investment management sales/administration
Certification like Certified Financial Planner (CFP) , Certified Public
Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
A Series 7 or a Series 65 is a plus
Experience in affluent client relationship management/business development
Proven track record of relationship management/client retention
Excellent verbal/written/analytical skills
Ability to communicate complex financial solutions/strategies and articulate
complex ideas effectively
Ability to resolve issues/positively influence others with clear/concise
communication, both verbal and written
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to collaborate with and work effectively with different groups of
people, managing conflict, negotiating for results, and promoting collegial
working relationships
Demonstrate proven fiduciary judgment
