Company Description:
The company is a value-oriented investment advisor whose clients include
public and ERISA funds, corporations, educational institutions, hospitals,
religious organizations, Taft-Hartley plans and high net worth individuals.

Answer phones and receive visitors in a pleasant and efficient manner
Ensure the appearance (order and cleanliness) of the office ? managing
throughout the day
Interface and coordinate with offices in California
Administrative support to managers and analysts, to include but not limited
to, secretarial duties, travel arrangements, expense reports, etc.
Calendaring and scheduling of meetings, conference calls, and video
Coordinate with Wall Street brokers regarding in-house company meetings,
lunches, breakfasts, etc.
Set up for meetings, order food and clean up as needed
Monitor, order, and stock office supplies, including printer/copier toners
Restock paper in printers and copiers daily
Manage vendor relationships such as catering, floral, copiers, etc.
General office support which may include distribution of newspapers,
deliveries, processing incoming / outgoing mail, overnight shipments
Maintain contact database ? accurately inputting new information and
updating contacts

Minimum of five years? experience providing administrative support to
executives and office operations
Effective interpersonal skills, ability to interact with a wide variety of
people at various levels in Aristotle and outside companies
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat,
and Internet
Proficient at typing
Previous use of a CRM database helpful, but not required
Ability to learn basic level software programs used for research input
Ability to multi-task and be pro-active
Self-starter must able to work independently with little supervision in a
fast-paced, intellectual environment, and as part of a team
Must be detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
Professional and pleasant demeanor is required.
Must be able to provide outstanding client service
