Salesforce Consultant (1055-2)

COMPENSATION: Hourly based on experience

Check with other business units for information on related prospects
Prep buyers for risk underwriting, monitor progress of underwriting and
advise sales team of results
Manage account assignments in Salesforce for the team
Manage sales pipeline report and submit to management team
Assist with new program implementations by collecting necessary information,
submitting tickets to operations desk, monitoring progress of policy setup
and advising sales and account management of progress and completion
Act as owner of the advisory solutions desk email inbox; respond to
internal/external client requests
Run 5 day Pending Requests Report on a weekly basis
Back up Account Managers that are travelling by responding to client
requests or routing to others
Assist with program renewals by submitting tickets to operations desk
Work with IT to get new team members set up with
Monitor inbox and forward notices to appropriate sales and/or account
management members

Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field
Prior Salesforce experience absolutely required
Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Must be able to handle dynamic/demanding yet rewarding position
Strong communication/time management/organizational skills
Team player with hands-on mentality/entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to pick up on new technologies
