Global fund administration firm seeks an experienced Manager to lead an
international team of analysts responsible for evaluation of
client/product/service profitability firm-wide and managing the business
case process and evaluation of project return/benefits. The Manager will
develop the team and its processes while ensuring delivery occurs on time
and to the quality standards expected.

Support executive committee by analyzing/preparing/presenting financial
results pertaining to relevant models/costing frameworks across all business
lines covering Institutional/Private/Corporate clients and their associated
sub divisions
Manage team performance against agreed KPIs and employing new team members
Improve the maturity of costing models/profitability
frameworks/metrics/reports/related processes
Develop the team members and create a well-functioning, motivated team that
delivers work according to schedule
Establish/oversee data structures and management information reporting to
enable effective decision making on client/product/service profitability
Support Client Management/Business Development teams with detailed costing
models and analysis to be utilized in the establishment/review of rate cards
and the management of account profitability
Own the ?Deal Team? process and ensure adherence to process across the group
Understand/evaluate key Finance reports/management
accounts/entities/processes to enable accurate incorporation of these
results/cost line items to produce analysis that is underpinned by
appropriate financial metrics/drivers
Understand/evaluate key Operational business line models/services/processes
in order to interpret commercial impacts/themes/trends driving costs within
relevant models/frameworks
Enhance/manage business case framework to enable effective/comprehensive
documentation, financial modeling and approval processes supporting
prioritization of key strategic initiatives across proposed/current/future
business cases within the firm
Enhance/manage benefits evaluation process for all strategic projects to
provide senior management with insight into the financial/non-financial
benefits attained relative to approved business case
Enhance/manage service catalogue within the CRM system to fully encapsulate
services/service categories/service tasks/associated disbursement codes to
enable the billing process for all services of the firm

Bachelor?s degree (Finance/Accounting)
CGMA, CPA, CMA, ACMA or FCMA strongly preferred
Ten years or more financial services experience
Prior experience with: managing teams (global experience preferred);
financial models/management accounts/databases/analysis; managing projects
and evaluating business cases
Knowledge of: asset management industry; administration service offerings
and product knowledge within Institutional/Private/Corporate clients;
financial/management accounting standards/practices/processes
Personal characteristics: solution oriented; strong problem solving skills;
ability to interact/communicate with senior international executives;
systems aptitude; highly detail oriented; excellent communication skills;
strong interpersonal skills; confident; enthusiastic; self-motivated
