Registered Sales Assistant (1107-1)
St. Louis, MO
Provide support to 3 financial advisors for designated client group. Job is
unique blend of sales support, operations, relationship management and
Correspond with Clients to complete new accounts, asset transfers and other
Meet with Client(s) to review new business documents and obtain Client
signatures and advisor signatures on applications.
Handle routine matters for Client accounts including processing name and
address changes, account applications and bank authorizations, answering
Client questions via telephone and face-to-face.
Handle Client initiated requests
Make additional deposits
Review contract-specific riders
Establish ACH instructions/periodic distributions from Schwab accounts
General tax reporting inquiries/corrections
Meet with Clients to obtain signatures on contract maintenance, withdrawal
forms and other documents as needed
Proactively contact Clients when changes occurring with their accounts
Prepare, organize, coordinate, and maintain all Client paperwork and Files
Place trades, adjust allocations and communicate allocation mapping to
Perform general administrative and support functions for the office as
Research and resolve Client service problems or errors as needed
Five (5) years of previous customer service experience required
Five (5) years of previous office experience
Securities License preferred/ Life Insurance License preferred (or ability
to obtain Series 7 & Series 66 within 6 months of hire
Notary designation preferred but not required
Must be able to work both independently and as party of collaborative office
Must be extremely professional in appearance and manner
Ability to communicate with co-workers, customers and various business
contacts in a courteous and professional manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to make rule-based and analytical decisions
Skill in operating various office equipment including personal computer, fax
machine, copier, etc.
Skill in utilizing various software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite,
DST Vision, Redtail CRM, NetX360, Envestnet, EOE, LaserApp & Laserfische
Ability to accept direction with a natural drive to quickly learn new things
