Financial Services Assistant (1106-1)

SUMMARY: Seeking a highly motivated, proactive and client service oriented
individual to grow with a professional team. The successful candidate should
have experience servicing individual clients, corporate retirement plan
relationships and a strong desire to expand your career with a rapidly
growing firm. The Financial Services Assistant serves both individuals and
retirement plans, and will serve as a liaison between the Retirement Plan
Advisor, various small and mid-market privately held corporate clients and
individual investor clients.

Maintain/enhance relationships through preparation of reports and requests
for proposals (RFPs)
Research and resolve client issues
Conduct phone and in-person meetings with clients to support Advisor in
making suggestions
regarding plan design/plan enhancements/necessary changes/overall plan
Maintain client fiduciary files, including drafting meeting minutes
Assist with all aspects of the client relationship to ensure issues are
addressed professionally and in a timely manner
Client/administrative support including scheduling/confirming appointments,
scanning & document processing, data entry and maintenance of CRM database,
distributing mail, preparation & processing of Broker/Dealer account
paperwork, meeting preparation
Provide coordination and active assistance to HR, TPA, CPA, Recordkeeper,
Payroll and Custodian
Case implementation, client service, and assisting with employee education

Series 7 & Series 66 & insurance licenses ? strongly preferred
American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) designations
- preferred
Experience in defined contribution industry, retirement plan
services/relationships and strong knowledge of retirement plan industry
Experienced with all aspects of plan administration
Demonstrated commitment to high-quality work performing with executive level
Attention to detail and strong communication skills (both written and
verbal) and project management skills
Ability to work independently, function within a team environment and able
to productively respond to change
Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) or Qualified Pension Administrator
