Relationship Manager (1114-2)

Fast-paced branch office of LPL Financial seeks a Relationship Manager to
assist an experienced Financial Advisor with their clients and practice. The
focus will be on investments and financial planning.

Assist the Senior Wealth Advisor as requested
Service/deliver financial advising to firm?s clients; develop and serve own
clients (if appropriate)
Assist in research; follow up on firm-generated leads; respond to all
website inquiries
Attend designated networking events/expos/local events/conferences
Call prospective clients to schedule appointments and/or answer questions;
assist in processing of new clients
Call current clients to solicit contributions, update them on new
information and follow up and give advice
Conduct appointments with clients/prospective clients
Enter in trades/buys/sells/exchanges/automatic purchases
Process required minimum distributions
Enter cost basis for clients
Process distributions/contributions/payouts/journals/etc.
Conduct rollover conference calls
Responsible for allocation of client?s portfolios
Produce client reports/projections
Responsible for administration/management of clients

Excellent interpersonal skills
2+ years? experience required
FINRA series 7 & series 65
Excellent attitude and extraordinary client service orientation
Genuine interest in serving and caring for other people
Excellent organizational/time management skills
Must have a burning desire to succeed
Ability to handle multiple tasks and handle stress
