Compensation commensurate with experience

The Client Service Representative is responsible for handling routine client
matters, answering inquiries, researching and resolving client service issues,
and preparing required documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive inbound calls from clients and follow-up with appropriate source
(sponsor companies, Associate Advisors, or Lead Advisor/Company President)
Perform administrative and support functions for the office, including
maintaining files, preparing correspondence, running reports, answering
telephones, scheduling appointments, copying materials, and faxing information
Organize, coordinate, and maintain all client paperwork
Correspond with clients to complete new accounts, asset transfers, and other
forms
Process retirement lump sum election requests for clients
Handle routine matters for client accounts, including processing name and
address changes, account applications, and bank authorizations; answering non-
financial client questions via telephone and in person
Research and resolve client service problems by contacting Home Office and
sponsor companies as needed
Maintain client management system in SalesLogix
Ensure branch office meets compliance requirements
Record all transactions on appropriate logs and blotters
Set up client files correctly and obtain necessary information
Assist with other duties and projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
2+ year experience in securities or related industry
Series 7 strongly preferred; or someone willing to take and pass the test
Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred
Experience with Windows based software
Due to the industry?s regulatory requirements, employees must submit to a
criminal background check and credit history report
