Boutique independent wealth manager / retirement plan provider offering
retirement plans for small businesses (less than 100 employees) seeks a sales
and marketing executive for an entrepreneurial opportunity with the
structure/security/resources of a small, but established firm. They are a fee-
only firm that was founded in 2000 and takes a comprehensive approach to
ensure their clients are prepared for any financial challenges.

Grow retirement business for targeted group of sophisticated customers through
in-depth profiling/consultative selling/exceptional customer care
Use business development/prospecting skills to attract new relationships
Create/implement a sales and marketing strategy
Motivate/manage a small support staff
Construct presentation materials and present to various groups
Manage your own schedule (coordinated with a firm Principal)

Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline is required
8+ years’ experience in the financial services industry in sales and marketing
with a retirement plan focus
fi360 designations such as Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and/or
Registered Fiduciary (RF) preferred
Familiar with section 3(38) fiduciary service model
Familiarity with investment concepts and the basics of retirement plan design
Comfortable with public speaking; committed to superior customer service;
excellent verbal/writing skills are important; some travelling will be
