Client Relationship Manager (1196-1)

Description:
Our client is a boutique financial planning and wealth management firm
located in North Dallas. They’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager
to assist with client communication and work with an officer in the company
to help manage their growing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help representative prepare for client meetings
Anticipate representative’s needs and handle them proactively
Make suggestions to systematize and improve function of office
Develop and maintain processes for tracking all business and for handling
paperwork
Track all pending business paperwork (update pending business summary sheet
for representatives attention, track/tally all outstanding work every week)
Complete all forms correctly and submit them within one business day
File client statements, correspondence, agreements and so forth completely
within five business days
Use excellent customer service skills to build relationships with clients
Answer phone and handle all client service issues within capacity
Tentatively schedule all wholesaler meetings without consulting
representative
Use CRM efficiently to schedule client meetings and marketing activities and
to enter new contacts
Assist with data entry of all client financial information
Track and order all supplies
Draft letters as directed by representatives
Prepare and send outgoing mail
Assist representative with marketing efforts, such as following up with
referrals, updating contact management system with names of prospects, and
spearheading DRIP programs for prospects and clients
Spearhead special projects, such as maintaining company website and updating
lead generation sites and seeking new lead opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:
Entry-level candidate with completed internship to five years’ experience;
investment/insurance industry experience preferred; experience with National
Financial Services (NFS) is a plus
Strong interpersonal/communication skills (95 percent of external contact
will take place by phone)
Superior organizational skills/high attention to detail/filling out forms
accurately and following directions exactly
Knowledge of investment/insurance industry operations and terminology
Able to work independently/differentiate between matters that should be
handled alone versus with a rep
Able to meet deadlines and deal with stress of market fluctuations
Interact well with diverse contacts, both internal and external, and with
representatives
Maintain high ethical standards/confidentiality/company values at all times
Proficiency with computer programs, including: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,
and Outlook), CRM, Morningstar, Money Guide Pro
Proficient in using planning technology with regards to planning software,
contact management, payroll, etc.
Proactively relate client concerns to representative and identify/solve
problems
Proofread/QA own work in accordance with representatives’ criteria
