VP of Execution (Bi-Lingual English/Spanish) (1168-234)

Miami, FL

The VP of Execution will be managing a relatively small team of
Analysts/Associates and reporting directly to the Managing Director. The
VPís main responsibility will be to ensure that the BDís mandates are
delivered on time and in form, from engagement all the way to closing.
Though this is not a commercial role, there will be regular interfacing with
the clientsí middle management team, particularly during data
collection/analysis phases

Execution of Broker Dealerís mandates on time and in form, including
coordination and supervision of the different phases -and hands-on Ďsleeve
Data collection, data analysis and data rooms construction
Review of various legal documents
Responsible for all the financial models and dependents (charts, ratios,
narrative, etc.), their accuracy and relevance, including historical data
and projections/valuation tools
Ongoing monitoring of prospects and clients for which there is a live deal,
their industries and geographic regions, as well as for those to which
clients are taking risk exposure. Timely alerting Senior Management of
material developments (adverse and non-adverse)
Preparation of Proposals to prospects and clients, which include Indicative
Sheets, Pitch Books and PowerPoint presentations
Preparation of Offering Documents: business plan, information memorandum,
management presentation, executive summary, financial model (overview and
valuation), capital structure, ideal term sheet
Liaise with Compliance for applicable checks prior to onboarding and
recommend/elevate findings to Senior Management
Ensure validity of both content of and accessibility to Data Rooms

FINRA Series 79 License required, Series 24 preferred
Must be fully Bi-Lingual English-Spanish (i.e. ability to conduct business
in both)
7 to 10 years of relevant experience, having started as entry-level Analyst
Proven log of executed deals
Experience in Infrastructure preferred
Previous Emerging Markets experience preferred
Strong quantitative skills (trailing, projecting, modeling, valuating)
Strong understanding of legal documents (e.g. contracts, agreements, NDAs,
concessions, typical bank documents like loan agreements, SBLCs, etc.) and
technical documents (e.g. engineering feasibility analysis)
Ability to extract necessary information from legal documents, which will be
input for Proposals, Presentations, Pitch Books, financial modeling
Effective people manager and collaborative team player, with a solution
focused mindset
Flexibility to travel with little advance notice. Expected travel time:
approximately 30%
Strong Excel (modeling and charting), Word, PowerPoint, Adobe (or major
similar PDF app) experience
