Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enter historic company data from financial statements, analyzing such data
for valuation and financial feasibility purposes
Project company’s financial statements under different scenarios
Develop relevant valuation models/tools
Financial monitoring of prospects and clients for which there is a live deal
- through financial statements, filings and news.
Monitor industries and countries/regions where firms prospects/clients are
taking risk (direct operations, suppliers, customers, planned expansion,
other stakeholders) -through news and industry reports
Alert management of any material development
Preparation of Offering Documents, Marketing Documents and Proposals
Assist in the preparation of Proposals to prospects and clients, which
include
Pitch Books and PowerPoint presentations
Assist in the preparation of Offering Documents: business plan, information
memorandum, management presentation, executive summary, financial model
(overview and valuation), capital structure, ideal term sheet
Contribute to the population of Data Rooms, advising stakeholders/deal team
when updates or changes have been made
Support other due diligence functions (e.g. industry/country research)
Keep updated list of deal team members and keeping them up to date
Other duties that may be required to effectively market and/or execute
assignments

REQUIREMENTS:
FINRA Series 79 License required
Must be fully Bi-Lingual (English-Spanish)
Strong quantitative skills (backward looking, projecting, modeling,
valuating)
Strong analytical skills (deep, meaningful analysis)
Master fundamentals of Accounting and financial statement analysis
Solid understanding of legal documents (e.g. contracts, agreements,
concessions, typical bank documents like loan agreements, SBLCs, etc.) and
technical documents (e.g. engineering feasibility analysis)
Ability to extract necessary information that will be input for Proposals,
Presentations, Pitch Books, financial modeling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior attention to detail
Capacity to learn quickly and execute accurately
Flexibility to travel with little advance notice. Expected travel time: 25-
30%
Ability to effectively manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously and
to deliver effectively under time pressure
Resilience to change in general and to changing and reshuffling of
priorities
Strong Excel skills (modeling and charting)
Previous experience using Adobe (or major similar PDF app)
