Director of Investment Operations (24262-243)

Investment Advisory firm seeks Director-level hire with investment,
advisory, and variable life insurance experience to support the President
and Lead Advisor. The role will have research, management, and client
reporting responsibilities for existing and new clients. Thorough knowledge
of and experience with insurance and investments are required. Must have a
proven record interacting with and managing relationships with high net
worth clients. Broad technical skills in general investment and life
insurance as well as tax and estate planning are valuable.

Support lead advisor with: relationship management; financial data analysis
on transactions; investment/economic/market research; portfolio
analysis/monitoring/rebalancing; execution of variable life insurance policy
Collaborate and join team meetings as needed, but comfortably act
Portfolio transaction data input into portfolio analysis/performance
measurement software and CRM
Report generation; client support; trade execution
Network on behalf of the firm

5-7 years broker/dealer or RIA experience
Degree (finance, accounting, or related)
MBA, CFP, CFA or CPA preferred
Life insurance experience preferred
Financial analysis/accounting experience
FINRA Series 7/66 or 65 and State Insurance license
Solid Microsoft Office, Crystal Reports, database management skills
Strong project management capabilities; detail orientation; team player;
strong organizational/time management skills; strategic planning, people
management, and communication skills
