Title:
Client Services Administrator (1083-2)

Description:
Boutique fee-only wealth management/financial planning firm serving high net
worth individuals firm seeks a Client Services Administrator to
establish/build/maintain contact with clients to facilitate a
positive/productive long-term relationship and manage portfolio accounting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client service: cash monitoring, account inflows/outflows, new account
paperwork, performance report preparation, client databases maintenance, and
marketing support
Prepare performance materials used in client meetings
Analyze/ensure accuracy of investment performance results
Provide daily assistance with telephone coverage/written
communications/reports
Maintain detailed notes on client activity in CRM; manage portfolio
accounting system
Maintain strong relationship with custodian partners
Interact in a positive/informative manner with clients face-to-face, over
the phone, and via emails
Maintain organization and prioritize tasks/projects for timely completion
Process improvement projects, client visits, client reviews, and ad-hoc
projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in business, accounting, finance,
economics
3-5 years’ experience in financial services industry client service
Previous client-facing experience
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Outlook
Excellent verbal/written communication skills; ability to communicate
constructively within department/firm
Experience with portfolio accounting systems (PortfolioCenter/Advent/Portia)
preferred
Experience with CRM systems (Junxure/SalesForce/Redtail) preferred
Familiarity with investment concepts, basics of wealth management and
financial terms
Attention to detail; ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to: work independently as well as in team environment, work with
deadlines and adapt quickly to deadline changes, perform a wide variety of
complex/confidential tasks with speed/accuracy, exercise independent
judgment, maintain client confidentiality, and logically gather data to
analyze/solve client inquiries
