Description:
Prestigious fee-based financial advisory firm seeks Wealth Advisor to serve
as primary sales/relationship manager for clients, helping them make
financial decisions to support current lifestyle and prepare for retirement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build/maintain relationships via frequent communication regarding portfolio,
planning and client concerns
Leverage institutional structures and personal/business referral networks to
create new sales opportunities
Convert sales opportunities into new clients; set expectations for long-
term, fee-based relationship including complete retirement planning analysis
using proprietary software
Make portfolio recommendations consistent with client risk/return objectives
and unique planning needs (Note: portfolios are managed by internal
portfolio management team, not Wealth Advisors directly)
Advisors may participate in creation of original content (depending on
subject matter expertise) for distribution to clients/prospective
clients/internal audiences

REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years’ experience working with investment clients
Portable book of fee-based clients of at least $10 million
Strong relationship-building/customer relations and written/oral
communication skills
Demonstrated history of working with external referral relationships to
generate sales
Experience analyzing/assessing personal financial/retirement planning
strategies and concerns; skill to assess client portfolio diversification,
tax implications, and relative future return opportunities of different
potential portfolios
Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
Respect for confidentiality; team orientation to coordinate with the CIO/VP
Client Services/mortgage advisors while having the ability to work
independently and without direct supervision
