Senior Accountant (Wealth Management/Family Office) (167-268)

Morristown, NJ

Investment Firm providing wealth management/family office services to high
net worth individuals/families, endowments, and foundations seeks Senior

Perform month-end close, internal account reconciliation, journal entries
and financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L) in QuickBooks for investment
entities (mutual funds/hedge funds/etc.) and foundations
Analyze monthly/quarterly/annual reports and ensure financial information
has been recorded accurately
Record/reconcile investment activity from brokerage/custody accounts and
reconcile bank statements
Verify daily bank/brokerage account cash activities, prepare wire transfers
to fund accounts as needed for expenses/donations/investment activities
Accounts payable/receivable for various entities (audit check requests for
Provide and maintain cash flow projections/pledge schedules/reports for
contribution activity for various Foundations
Assist in annual financial audits; review annual budgets for various
Provide pro forma/financial reports and assist on projects for Senior
Oversee/review Equity Fund reports supporting month-end NAVs
Work directly with and provide high-level of personal financial services to
high-net-worth individuals/families

BS degree in Accounting or Finance
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
3-5 years of relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience; Family Office
experience preferred
Comfortable working independently/in group; organized and detail-oriented;
flexible to adjust to changes; able to remain calm under pressure with
ability to prioritize; highly analytical; able to hit the ground running in
dynamic environment; excellent verbal/written communication skills; must
adhere to confidentiality
