Description:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Fiduciary Service Officer, the
Fiduciary Services Director will actively participate as part of the senior
management team. This position will direct, supervise, and manage all
aspects of the Fiduciary Services Department and provide input on strategic
business planning, forecasting and various company initiatives. This
position will need to demonstrate experience in financial services and have
effectively managed large, complex advisory programs as well as driving
change to prepare advisors for the future of financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead associates focused on providing service and support for firmís advice
solutions, including leading efforts to provide tools, technology and
education to advisors focused on advisory and retirement plan clients
Innovate and implement new advisor services and solutions specific to
various practice structures including RIA, hybrid RIA, and corporate RIA
affiliation models. Includes platform design, economic modeling, technology
integration, product management, training initiatives, sponsor relations,
marketing development, and recruiting support
Partner with advisors, due diligence, corporate strategy, operations, and
client solutions teams to support current advisory program priorities
Lead relationship management with key advisory program strategists, third-
party money managers, separate account managers, clearing firms and
technology providers
Develop and manage all aspects of new advisory and retirement plan program
development from conception to launch
Create advice solutions designed for the future based on understanding of
complex regulatory environment and client demand
Coordinate efforts with Chief Compliance Officer to oversee, maintain and
develop all firms compliance policies, procedures and framework required to
ensure advice solutions are in full accordance with the requirements of all
relevant rules and regulations
Proactively interact and develop strong business relationships with advisors
Effectively plan for and establish sound financial controls within the
Fiduciary Services Department, prepare reasonable annual budgets for each
unit, and evaluate status regularly
Represent the firm at industry and company-sponsored conferences by
confidently speaking about subject matters such as advice solutions and
regulatory trends
Provide day to day leadership and management to the entire organization and
specifically to the business unit that falls under areas of responsibility
Attract, recruit and retain required members of the team(s) not currently in
place and proactively forecast staffing needs
Ensure that policies and procedures as set forth in the Company Employee
Manual are being followed

REQUIREMENTS:
Masterís degree from an accredited college or university; or ten or more
years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
FINRA Series 7, Series 24 and Series 66 required
CFP a plus
AIF designation a plus
Strong supervisory background overseeing a team of finance professionals
Must have a deep understanding of advisory and retirement plan accounts,
managed account platforms and ability to work at both strategic and tactical
levels
Ability to travel to conferences and company events as needed
