Title:
Marketing Coordinator (1-295)

Description:
Investment management firm seeks an administrative professional to join
their team as a Coordinator whose primary function will be providing
administrative and production support to Client Services/Sales/Marketing
groups.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with travel arrangements/expense reporting
Update marketing materials/presentations/fact sheets
Produce client and presentation books as needed (peak times quarterly and at
year-end)
Coordinate sales/support activities
Maintain close working relationship with sales/portfolio management/client
service teams
Take ownership of company website maintenanceómaking updates/changes as
needed (using S Drive, Satuit, and Accent)
Manage calendar(s) of assigned group (schedule meetings, coordinate travel
and meeting logistics as directed)
Respond to inquiries, identify critical matters and work to resolve
situations as needed
Support project management, providing assistance in researching/analyzing
information for projects
Assist with client/consultant deliverables, due diligence, and
questionnaires
Help marketing with coordination/execution of RFPs and RFIs
Assist with establishment/maintenance of relationships with
potential/existing clients and consultants
Serve as lead coordinator on internal/external marketing efforts including
email campaigns/books/promotional
Provide back-up coverage to other members of client services/consultant
relations/marketing teams
Other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelorís degree or equivalent experience in a marketing/client services
role
2+ years of recent, related work experience is required
Experience working in investment industry strongly desired
Excellent communication skills to create and proofread
correspondence/presentations, as well as interface with customers
Proficiency will be tested on MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Internet research capabilities to provide summarizations/presentation of
findings
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
establish priorities, work independently, handle interruptions and proceed
with objectives without supervision
Knowledge of modern business terminology, with ability to comprehend new
company-specific terminology and policies/procedures to respond to inquiries
appropriately
