Description:
Our client is a registered investment advisory firm which invests and
manages portfolios for high net worth individuals and institutional clients.
The New Accounts Administrator will work closely with the firmís advisors to
assist in the management of opening new accounts. The ideal candidate is
passionate about client service and approaches their work with an eagerness
to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all client deliverables. A
successful candidate must be versatile in their skill set to understand both
a given task as well as what is needed to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Open new client accounts within established time frames and perform account
maintenance to existing accounts
Ensure strict confidentiality of client, firm, and employee information
Establish and maintain all account features on brokerage accounts
Review account holdings to ensure proper funding and perform daily account
reconciliations
Initiate follow up communication to obtain missing documentation and resolve
matters that may arise
Provide status updates to firmís advisors
Suggest ideas to streamline/automate processes
Contribute to miscellaneous projects and implementation of various
procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelorís degree preferred, but not required
1-3 years of relevant work experience within financial services industry
Experience with Advent APX (or Axys), and NetX360
Familiarity with rules and requirements for various account types (Tax-
Advantaged vs. Taxable)
Comprehension of basic financial transactions
Strong communication and organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to
work independently or in a team
