We maintain a long-running database of job seekers and contacts from all corners of the financial services industry and globe. Initially, we’ll approach job seekers from within our existing universe of contacts. As needed, we will actively recruit additional job seekers depending upon the specifics of a search.

Your contact at BCI will speak with you about your recruiting goals to obtain information regarding job specifications, compensation details, your company’s culture, etc.

You will receive qualified job seeker resumes quickly. Each opening is treated with a high level of importance, and all job seekers we provide are candidates with a viable background for your position.

For permanent placements, we charge a percentage of the job seeker’s annual base salary. For temporary job seekers, fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to request a fee schedule.

Best-case scenario, we could have job seekers to you on the day the search is initiated. Naturally, we’re limited by the amount of time it takes to get in touch with job seekers and obtain permission to share their resume. The amount of time it will take to fill the position will ultimately depend on the priority of the search from the employer side as well.
